Alternative Solutions:
An alternative solution into making this blog if i have chosen to do so is that i could of chosen:
1) PowerPoint
2) Word Document
3) Different Website
4) Journal style/Book
But since i have done a blog i prefer to make it interesting by making it presentable and accurate by placing relevant and reliable information for my users by making posts bit by bit.
Feasibility Report:
Technical Feasibility:
Technical equipment that is needed for this project/blog is that there is a need to an internet access, a computer, blogger software (blogger.com) and sites that contain relevant information about presentation software without this there would be a huge problem in the blog.
Organisational/Operational Feasibility:
Time constraints that are faced in making this blog is that, it has to be balanced with other school work such as other major assessments, examination study, homework, not only with school work but also part-time work, sport commitments, social events and just to my luck family are moving places and internet access might be out for some period of time thus providing a huge time constraint on completing this project and it's organisation but also it's operation as i won't be able to help users with there questions or to improve the blog through recommendations.
Economic Feasibility:
This is not applicable due to free software such as (blogger.com) to create this blog and information that is gathered is also free from other web sites.
Schedule Feasibility:
The schedule looks something like this, received on 15th of June, complete first three phases (Understanding the problem, Planning and Designing Solutions) by 25th of June. Rest of project must be completed roughly around 2nd week Term 3 which is the 26th July 2010. This blog will be completed by these due dates so the users are ready to use this blog for there needs and to be able to add any suggestions in improving it.
