Collecting:
Information/data is collected through other sources that come from users using the blog, other websites that contain presentation software information and other previous or current IPT students that worked on this topic.
Organising:
The data collected for the blog needs to be organised so it is easier to convert into information so it is easier and more convenient for the user to understand the information provided on this blog.
Analysing:
When the data is collected and organised in the blog it needs to be quickly turned into information so that the users can start using the blog for there presentation software needs and that it becomes more easier and convenient to understand the information provided.
Storing and Retrieving:
Information on this blog is structured in such a way that the user can access the information and is able to save information and come back to it at a later date. The information stored is stored through posts, imagery data types such as videos and pictures that have been embedded or a link has been placed and another way is that the information is also stored through website hyperlinks so the user is able to access that information from were the information was found.
Processing:
The processing that takes place in this blog is that the data collected or input is then turned into information thus being output which is then displayed on the blog or other output systems such as the blog.
Transmitting and Receiving:
The data/information can be sent to and from the user through posts and comments to the blogger and the blogger can interact with the user by publishing blogs, answers and information.
Displaying:
The displayed information on this blog is in a manner that it is easy for the user to find relevant information about presentation software which is displayed through text, videos and images straight to an output system such as a computer screen.
Integration of Information Processors:
The integration of processors that run this blog is for example imagery software used such as videos and images, are collected as data and embedded in such a way that is then turned into information which is then able to be stored and used at a later date and thus allowing a process occur while allowing information to be sent to the user and at the same time allows that information to be displayed through output systems such as a computer screen.
